Should adverts for fatty food adverts be banned on the TV?
I agree with the doctor and food expert who argued strongly for a ban but another mom told her basically that she was talking out of her bum as obesity
does no-one any harm medically now or in their future so they should be allowed as many sweets and McDonalds stuff as they want and as often as they want.
She was pretty big herself and it got heated with the interviewer agreeing with the health expert.
If Ginny really is a teacher she must know if the fat kids are as accepted for who they are and not how fat they are?
I know they aren't as the fatter ones cant join into sports activities, get picked on and poked fun at and bullied at school.
I used to take the pee out of them as well which I regret now but that's a fact of life so it must be the same now or even worse.
Ginny must know so what does she think?

Nah. People know what they should and shouldn't be eating. If they fall for an advert it's their own fault.

However, most adverts should be banned on the grounds that they're cheesy and pathetic. Laughing

Jenni is on Cannys forum not here BD lol

I agree with Fen, we all know what is good or bad for us, and don't need adverts to remind us.

Ask Jenny to join and then invite SB back please Fen, both are great at debate.
So SB upset you once but no need to ban him forever.
You are better than that aren't you?
He's a player but that's all he seems to be to me.
You say some things you don't really mean as well and you've said more insulting things to me than he ever could of said to you
but I let it go in my left ear and then out of the right ear lol.
You are one stubborn bugger but you've never been deliberately nasty either.
Snookerball is the same as us, let it go Fen just for me.
If he goes too far again hit him with one of your put downs instead of banning him thanks
