If you were a £20 note and able to speak about everyone's pockets, purses or wallets you'd been in during you lifetime....

I think you would have more tales to tell about the current economy of the country than anyone else.
For some you would have made the difference between having beans on toast for breakfast or just toast but for others you'd have been just a
bit of paper with the queens image on it nestling between thousands of similar bits of paper on top of a pile of cocaine or in the wallet of a whizz kid in the city.
Yes Mr £20 pound note you live a short but interesting life. Laughing

I did not have any pocket money as such BD, so I had to nick from my old man. lol lol

He used to have a biggish tin in the house which he put his cash in hand jobs into and any fiddle money.
Beside it was a note book so when I wanted money I took it and then entered it into said book, I only took enough, he trusted me.

If I wanted to pay for something out of the ordinary I would see him first but he just said OK.
We were lucky but he did work extremely long hours as a self employed grafter.

They say I am like my old man.
My old lady spent like a woman with 10 arms, her and my old mans mother and sister were bleedin globetrotters together all over the place.
When our kids were born and got older my wife and they were also all over the world while I was in the army, they even came to see me on occasions when I could say where I was.

I have never been money mad myself, just mad..

they say money does not bring happiness but I would rather have it than not.
I have seen many a poor bugger without it.

I think I've told you about my kid sisters £2 coin bowl.
The very sight of a £2 coin turns her on and she wants it to end up in her bowl
and it will or she hounds you to death.
She will end up with a Sixty inch wide TV at this rate LOL.
